On the last day of the year, I just want to say thank you. Thank you artists for continuing your pursuit on honing your craft. Thank you to all of you international fans who visit our site daily. is an artist originally hailing from 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands who creates large-scale portrait paintings building different layers of materials, such as acrylic paint, pencil, pastel, epoxy, wood, wax, paper, and felt. Busschers doesn't merely strive to achieve photorealism in her work, but rather aims to capture the imperfections of the skin surface with all its irregularities. Isn't aging fun?
