Sandra Chevrier was recently featured back in March of this year, and we eagerly bring her back to share more of her work with all of you. Today, we present Chevrier's mixed media on woven paper paintings where she uses traditional mediums combined with actual pages from comic books to create her colorful and lively pieces.

Franz Falckenhaus is an artist originally from Bartoszyce, Poland, but is currently based out of the city of Krakow. Falckenhaus is a self-taught artist, and it was his life-long interest in photography, film, and collage art that motivated him to pursue art as a career. Most of Falckenhaus' work is created digitally comprised of carefully selected vintage illustrations.

Esao Andrews was previously featured back in September 2010, and we're glad to bring Andrews back to check out his newer pieces since then. Andrews is originally from Mesa, Arizona, but currently is based out of Brooklyn, New York where he continues to pursue his art.

The wonderful Lora Zombie was featured way back in 2009 before the infamous server crash (commonly referred to as "BC 2009" - Before the Crash) that some of the original staff writers mention from time to time. Essentially "BC 2009" is when we lost a year's worth of posts due to a server overload from a sudden surge of visitors that brought it down unexpectedly. We love you guys too! And now since we've redesigned and relaunched our site (which we hope you guys like), we're finally bring back Ms. Zombie to share her work with everyone.

Mark Maggiori was previously featured back in August 2011, and I'm excited to bring him back because besides a successful photography career, Maggiori is also a painter...and a damn good one. Today, we feature some of Maggiori's paintings as well as some of his newer photographic works since his last feature.

Svetlana Tiourina is a fine artist originally from Urals, Russia who creates gorgeous oil on canvas panitings. Currently, Tiourina is based out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands where she continues to pump out amazing art.

Rosalie Kate Whittingham is an artist based out of Manchester, United Kingdom who is an illustrator and lingerie designer (according to her Behance profile). Whittingham's illustrations and drawings are light, delicate, and clean, only using color to accent and highlight specific sections of the piece.

Don't be alarmed...your morning beverage was not spiked with acid nor did anyone slip magic mushrooms into your breakfast. That is, unless, you consumed either of the two yourself, which in that case, it's going to be a memorable and interesting day! Milan Hrnjazović is an artist from Valjevo, Serbia who creates oil on canvas paintings that are wonderfully trippy.

Urs Fischer is an immensely prolific artist originally from Switzerland who creates both sculptural and installations pieces. Fischer is currently based out of New York where he continues to create amazing art.

Previously featured back in June 2011, we bring back artist Marilyn Minter, a personal favorite of mine. We've mentioned it a thousand times in many posts throughout the years, but if any artist has a Wiki page, chances are that the artist in question is legit. Minter is definitely among the the top. Today, we feature Minter's amazing enamel on aluminum paintings...legit, indeed.

Artist Alison Blickle was previously featured back in September 2012, and it so happens that Blickle will have a solo show at Eleanor Harwood Gallery in San Francisco from May 3 – June 14, “History of Magic, Part I… The Hermitage”. The opening reception will be this Friday 7-10 PM! If any of you are going to be in our lovely city this upcoming month, we definitely encourage you to come out to see Blickle's work in person.

Jeff Dillon is currently based out of Baltimore, Maryland where he continues to work as an illustrator and designer. Dillon uses a combination of traditional and digital techniques in his work to achieve the visual style that is present throughout his body of work.

Wyatt Mills is an artist currently based out of Brooklyn, New York who creates oil on canvas paintings that straddles the line between abstract and surrealist art. Mills originally hails from Mt. Kisco, New York, but was raised in Los Angeles, California.

Originally hailing from Southern California, Casey Weldon is currently based out of Brooklyn, New York where he continues to work as an illustrator and fine artist.

Lee Chen Dao is a figurative painter based out of Taipei, Taiwan who creates oil on canvas pieces. Give Lee a brush, canvas, and some paint, and he'll paint you fat adult men in superhero masks with bad tan lines...well, maybe not all the time.

Marcin Owczarek is an artist originally hailing from Wroclaw, Poland who draws influences from Tibetan Book of the Dead, as well as his studies in cultural anthropology to create his "antiutopian" world in his art. Owczarek combines photography and digital manipulation to create his dark and gritty pieces...let's all hold hands and step in together.

Anthony Goicolea is an artist currently based out of New York who literally dabbles in just about everything ranging from photography, fine art, installation work, and video projects. Today, we highlight Goicolea's delicate and haunting fine art pieces.

Wang Zi Won was featured back in March 2011 for his amazing Buddhist influenced serene-steam-punk-esque sculptures. On this magical April day, I'm happy to bring Wang back for a revisit to check out more of his work since last year. Let's all light one and enjoy Wang's work.
