Most of our faithful fans know that we here at EK do what we do simply for the love of Art. Anthony McCall is a British-born American avant-garde artist specializing in the power of light, projected film, and cinema. His works are simple projections that emphasize the sculptural qualities of a beam of light. Be sure to catch his current exhibition at the Hayward Gallery, London, UK.

Émilie Léger is an artist and a graphic design student based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Although digital art and writing are her main means of creating, she prioritizes effect, texture and emotion over the medium itself.

The crowd-funded political activist simulator Riot, brings our most recent and ongoing societal strifes to the multiplayer masses. The gameplay has been leveled, allowing no bias and instead immerses its participants to see things from both sides of the story. Developed and realized by Leonard Mechiari, Mattia Traverso, and Ugur Ister. Joined by compositor Simon Michel, and sound designers Eric Wegener and Rolando Nadal.

Magdalena Kapinos is an artist hailing from Szczecin, Poland who creates digital paintings that borders between surreal and abstract forms. Today, we check out some of Kapinos' work as well as taking a peak at some of her works in progress.

Emir Šehanović is an artist hailing from Bosnia-Herzegovina who uses digitally manipulated images and vintage photos in a collage-like format to create these very unique figurative pieces. For his work, Šehanović will use both traditional collage mediums as well as combining digital techniques to achieve the particular look and emotion in his pieces.

Previously featured back in September 2011, Claire Oring is back for a quick revisit. Oring is currently based out of Los Angeles, California where she continues to pursue her personal photography.

David Cooley is a mixed media artist that captures wandering viewers into a psychedelic realm that's indeed so fresh, vivid, and clean. The Southern California based artist has a unique cut-and-paste style combined with textiles and patterns by using acrylics, pens, spray paints, resin, and fabrics.
