Iain Crawford has been crafting his work internationally for a number of years now, having being raised in Malaysia and Africa, to working in New York, the photographer is now currently based in the United Kingdom.

Los Angeles based photographer Nicholas Alan Cope was previously featured earlier this year in March 2012 by Konahrtist. He was represented with an absolutely different style, where as this time around his most recent series "Vedas" is extremely minimal and iconic. Dark, statuesque, monumental varying in draped figurines and nominal sets.

Polish photographer Dagna Napierała's series "Portrait of Thoughts" embodies abstract conceptual characterizations within our self-identities. "Photography cycle presenting a person not through her outside features, but through her thoughts. There is tangle of thoughts; quiet, terrifying thoughts, black thoughts, castles built in the air. To create "thoughts" the paper has been used. Material which is very graceful, volatile and is easy to manipulate with." -Dagna Napierała

Peter Sebastian is a photographer with a highly conceptual approach. Minimally arranged with fashion and the fine arts, Sebastian is based out of Risskov, Denmark, and there is no doubt for a second feature on Empty Kingdom soon to come.

Carsten Witte is a photographer based out of Hamburg, Germany that blends fashion and beauty with the elements of nature. He was featured a few weeks ago which portrayed woman intertwined among butterflies. This time around "Dyptichs" composes floras and faunas that's set beautifully side by side within photography.

Photographer, film director, and in my opinion, part mermaid, Zena Holloway will transport you into her enchanted underwater world. Her personal collection, as well as her experience with various magazines and advertisers around the world has allowed her to capture some truly magical moments in places we could only wish to explore. Holloway's photography exhibits imagination that is raw and unrestricted by reality. Butterflies are one of natures most mystifying yet beautiful insects. German photographer Carsten Witte's series 'Mimikry' continues to create an evasive perspective by superimposing women disguised within the species. With an immediate first glance they seem devious to identify but observe closely.

Melanie Pullen is a self-taught photographer who created her "High Fashion Crime Scenes" series based off of actual vintage crime-scene photographs mined from the files of the Los Angeles Police Department and the County Corner's Office. Pullen explains how she is deeply interested in the very minute details in each photograph that told the story...WORD!

Marie is a photographer working and living in Hamburg, Germany. She mostly photographs girl models and her work has been published in several well-known fashion magazines. Her images are soft, but still vibrant in color and detail.

"The Old and Dusty World" is a Renaissance-inspired photography series from The Netherlands' very own Mariska Karto. With a beautiful finish, her models deliver a soft, yet raw presence. Karto's images allow viewers to almost breath in the mystical aura in each image which is beautifully set in a very minimalistic style, adorned with fine fabrics.

Kurt Stallaert is a photographer based out of Belgium...with representation also in France, Czech Republic, Australia, Singapore, and the US because Stallaert is that established. Fashion shoots, portraits, personal series, commercial/advertising...Stallaert does it all. "GET TO THE CHOPPER!"

Michal Pudelka is a Czech photographer who creates sharp, luscious images that will prey on your mind. Long legs, longer ponytails and lips that burn, the eighties are back with a killer twist, and we can't get enough. Read on to hear his thoughts on shooting, stealing, and a lethal dose of irony ...

It's been a while since I've actually featured a photographer with beautiful ambient tones. It takes a lot for me to highlight someone within this genre, but the Minneapolis-based photographer Craig Schlewitz's work is aesthetically beautiful. Born in 1993, (that's 19 years old WTF!) he's been featured with Urban Outfitters, Vogue Italia, and many other editorials. Schlewitz's body of work possesses a soul with a beautiful soft ease.

Los Angeles-based artist Neil Krug was featured back in January 2010, and we're glad to bring him back two years later for a well-deserved revisit! Krug has exhibited his work internationally from the US to Germany and back, and has photographed such bands as My Chemical Romance, Ratatat, Ladytron, The Horrors, Scissor Sisters, and White Flight among many others.

Somewhere lurking between the regions of Greece and the country of Sweden, there is a photographer Lambis Stratoudakis, whose eerie depictions of humanity are varied and vivid alike.

Photographer Azim Haidaryan (previously featured November 2010) conjures up a beautiful period series labeled 'Shanghai Dreams'. Azim is an Afghan born, Paris based photographer that uses the city's warm, jazzy atmosphere of the 1930s in collaboration with the critically acclaimed designer Han Feng. “Most things feel very new in China today, so to find this set and be transported back to this country’s rich history was really quite touching," explains Azim Haidaryan. "Han’s clothing captured that journey perfectly”.

I highlight yet another art-duo following suit of yesterday's post...Remi Kozdra & Kasia Baczulis is a photography-duo based out of beautiful Paris, France. The duo's work ranges from commercial, fashion, and advertising work, but nonetheless, everything that they produce is visually delicious, sultry, sensual, and all good...very French, indeed.

I did it again with this post! Once in a while, I'll come across an artist, and I just can't help myself in loading the post with a crap-ton of images (25 to be exact) of their work. Well in today's case, Signe Vilstrup is a photographer who is currently based out of Denmark, however splits his time between Copenhagen, Paris, and Milan. Vilstrup mainly shoots fashion photography, and has worked for numerous clients, such as Dansk Magazine, Elle, Grazia, L´Express Style, Stiletto, Tush, Vanity Fair, and V Magazine among many others. Please enjoy because it's obvious that I did!

Y no se si hable español... but that's besides the point, Jurij Treskow was previously posted by Konahrtist on July 16, 2010. His fashion photography has been featured in places like Time, Elle and Harper's Bazaar but what really catches my eye are the darker more outside the box personal projects.  Treskow has a knack of capturing beauty through somber shadows.
