Billy Sprague is an artist and musician based out of Oakland, CA. Most of Sprague’s work is abstract…or maybe more psychedelic than anything. Sprague tends to use a lot of “found items” to create his art, using mostly graphite, ink, and spray paint as his main choice of medium.
