Charles Williams is a painter from Georgetown, South Carolina, USA. It’s no denying Williams’ level of skill by observing his landscape paintings, but the one thing that I particularly admire about his work is how he beautifully allows the paintings to fall apart at the bottom, reminding all of us of the simply layers of paint that make up his pieces.
