With more than seven billion people on the planet, mass migrations to cities, more and more architects and innovators seem to be weighing anchor. “Floating Cities of the Future” are conceptual designs that may provide alternatives for future habitats from rising sea levels. National Geographic featured these underwater “oceanscraper” to floating apartments with environmental green building designs.
