Heather Watts is a self-taught artists based out of Vancouver, Canada. Watts’ work is very attractive, as if her work were taken straight out of a whimsical children’s book…a children’s book that’s filled political and social commentary to quench their thirst for truth and knowledge (relatively speaking, of course).
