Dennis Lui has spent 2 years of filmmaking to bring you the Sci-Fi short film that is – “Plurality”. The film has a very George Orwell, 1984esque presence behind it, with a fascinating and (completely viable) piece of technology in the form of the “Bentham Grid”.
But as is always the case with such a powerful, perfect piece of technology, there always seems to be an error in the system…
The synopsis reads as follows –
After the state of New York gives the police access to “The Grid,” a new technology that allows people to purchase anything with a quick scan of their fingerprint, crime drops almost instantly. However, they also discover that certain people are popping up in two places at once.
